Purbayan Chatterjee, son of Sitar exponent, Parthapratim Chatterjee Knonw for his rich tonality, Purbayan draws his inspiration from Pt. Nikhil Banerjee. He has delivered mesmerising performances at many prestigious platforms like Queen Elizabeth Hall, Konzerthaus Berlin and Esplanade Theatres etc. Purbayan has won a series of awards such as President of India along with Aditya Vikram Birla Award. His album 'Lehar' garnered a huge positive response from the music-lovers all over the country.
