War rages across Syria.

A man can be heard saying he has been calling for help for more than two years -- but there's been no response.

Now U.S. President Barack Obama says the U.S. will take action against the Assad government. This comes after allegations that the government used chemical weapons on its own people.

But Obama also said he is seeking Congressional approval.

A Syrian rebel commander said opposition fighters are preparing to launch attacks that exploit anticipated U.S. strikes, but there are no plans to coordinate with Western forces.

The video which can not be independently verified by Reuters also comes amid reports that some Islamist fighters on the ground have also cleared their bases out of fear they too may become targets.
