The unnamed wheelchair bound victim was reportedly attacked with a tub of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.
According to the Seattle Police Department, both the victim and perpetrator live in the same shelter located on Eastlake Avenue. An altercation between the two residents started when the suspect accused the other man of having his TV volume too high.
The alleged aggressor struck the male with a 16-ounce tub of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Police soon arrived at the shelter directly following the assault and noticed the wheel chair confined male had butter all over his head and body.
The suspect told officers he poured butter on the victim but denied striking him with the container. Cops didn’t buy it. The attacker was arrested and taken to King County Jail.
