Wasikowska hits Venice carpet for "Tracks"

It was a world away from the Australian desert - where her new film takes place, but Mia Wasikowska shined as she walked the red carpet at the Venice film festival for the world premiere of her film "Tracks."
The actress posed for photos along the famed carpet and took time to greet fans and sign autographs, before heading into the hall for the movie's screening.
The film is a true story based on the 1979 book about the journey of a woman who walked almost 2,000 miles through the desert with a pack of camels.
It's one of 20 films competing for the coveted Golden Lion award at the festival.
