The presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda have officially opened a new dock at Kenya's Mombasa port. A significant portion of East African trade flows through this shipping hub, but it has been hit in recent years by congestion, delays and corruption. After $66m makeover the port is a showpiece for the Kenyan president. Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
