Karnataka bypolls today

It's the first election since congress came to power in Karnataka and 36 lakh voters today will caste their votes to determine the fate of lok sabha seats in Mandya and Bangalore Rural. Though the stakes are small the contest will be keenly watched as they will indicate the BJP's prospects of pre poll alliances with non-Congress parties.
