Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Raksha Bandhan in Gandhinagar. More than 5,000 women tied the sacred thread on the wrist of Modi. Modisaid to the nation should use the festival to resolve to protect itself from external threats, and to realise the dreams and aspirations of the poor and the youth in India.
