Glenn Greenwald, the Guardian journalist who first published secrets of the NSA, given to him by Edward Snowden, is now vowing to aggressively step up his reporting of secrets involving the UK. This comes after British authorities detained his partner, David Miranda, at London’s Heathrow airport for nine hours. Miranda’s computer, USB sticks, cell phone, and other belongings were also seized. He was reportedly detained under schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000, but was eventually released without being charged.
