Quality assurance and quality control is of primary importance. Right from the purchase of the raw material down to the preparation and packing of finished product every process goes through various phases of quality control and quality assurance.
BM quality control laboratory keeps the reference samples which are used for the cross examination as and when required.
Quality control laboratory is equipped with the latest equipment, to analyze the incoming raw material and finished products according to the standards of Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia. Records are also being maintained for each test.
All the equipment installed in the laboratory is calibrated as per schedule to obtain the correct results.
BM quality control laboratory also cross examines the complaint sample received from the market with their retained reference samples. The results are communicated to the Department concerned.
