Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Disney's Planes for the Nintendo 3DS developed by Tose Software and published by Disney Interactive Studios. Disney's Planes is a flight game based on the 2013 animated film. Players take to the sky as planes from the movie, soaring through several missions in ten different locations. Disney's Planes is essentially a Pilotwings game for younger audiences. The gameplay is largely comprised of simple, non-violent objectives like racing, flying through rings and even dusting crop fields. Each character has its own set of missions to play in the main story mode, and the game also features separate modes for racing and balloon popping. The 3DS version of Disney's Planes does not feature multiplayer. Playable characters include Dusty, Ripslinger, El Chupacabra, Bulldog, Ishani and more. Disney's Planes was released exclusively to Nintendo platforms in 2013. This video review features video gameplay footage of Disney's Planes for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
