Couples who make music together... stay together? Katy Perry and John Mayer have a duet called "Who You Love" coming and we'll see about that first part later. Welcome back to your Clevver music news on ClevverMusic. Rolling Stone is letting the cat outta the bag that Katy Perry and John Mayer have recorded a song together for John's upcoming new album called "Who You Love". So does that mean the two are in L.O.V.E.? We'll see when the song drops on John's upcoming 6th album "Paradise Valley" coming to us on August 20! Not much is known about the duet song as of now, but you know we'll be all over that when details come out. Yes, Little Monsters August 20 is one day after Lady Gaga's "Applause" song comes out on the 19th, calm down. But it seems the song collaboration is a one way street, Katy has confirmed John will not be seen on her upcoming "Prism" album coming October 22nd.But she did tell Vogue that there is an unidentified song about John on her "Prism" album! John Mayer recently publicly acknowledged his relationship with Katy saying at a concert saying, "She was so patient," and took the time, "to continue to get to know me and love me...". AWWW! And someone else John is fond of? Frank Ocean. He's also featured on John's upcoming album on track called "Wildfire" which has already received the lyric video treatment on VEVO. John said about Frank to Rolling Stone earlier this year, "They don't make other Frank Oceans, and the guy is looking for another... He's fascinating to me. He's so great." We love seeing artists spread the love to one another. And we can't wait to hear what kind of love is going on in Katy and Johns' upcoming duet!? What do YOU guys predict? Tell me and also have a fantastic weekend, that's an order. Thank you for watching all your pop music news right here. I'm Misty Kingma for ClevverMusic signing off.
