Suboxone (buprenorphine) is an excellent drug for what it does but it is not for all levels of opiate addiction. Studies show that it has a ceiling of effectiveness for relatively low to intermediate dependency while methadone is effective for medimu to heavy dependencies. If you opiate addiction is not being managed well by Suboxone, maybe you should look into methadone.
