    Gibraltar's artificial reef caused tension

    Spain is being accused of behaving like North Korea in a dispute over the artificial reef installed by British territory of Gibraltar. The comments were made by Gibraltar's Chief Minister after Madrid proposed a border crossing fee and an airspace ban as a response to the reef. British Prime Minister David Cameron said he was seriously concerned about the situation. Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports.
