It has been five days since the Centre gave a green signal to the formation of Telangana as a separate state, but the decison on Telangana has resulted in fresh demands for the formation of other smaller states like Bodoland and Gorkhaland. The Bodo students have called for a 60-hour bandh in Assam and the Gorkha Janamukti Morcha too has reiterated its demand for a separate state.
