Rouhani faces major challenges
Iran's president-elect Hassan Rouhani is due to be inaugurated on Sunday.

He has promised different approaches in many of Iran’s problems from those of outgoing President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

However, he faces enormous challenges. The disagreement over Iran’s nuclear program is Rouhani’s major international obstacle.

The crumbling Iranian economy largely affected by crippling sanctions is the foremost internal problem.

Al Jazeera’s Soraya Lennie reports from Tehran.
