Many young people today can't remember a time before the internet, yet the World Wide Web has only just arrived in Cuba. The Communist government had previously viewed the net with suspicion, but now it's opening up internet cafés across the country and allowing access to the web. However, with an hour's connection costing the same as the average weekly wage, it's not available to everyone, while slow download speeds and high prices have opened the door to a black market for web content.
