Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi set up media management guidelines for party spokespersons.He told the party spokespersons that they should not speak out of turn on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, allegedly told the party leaders that prior permission will be required by party spokespersons to go for television chat shows and spokespersons have been asked not to make personal attacks on the Gujarat Chief Minister but to target only his development model.
