Spanish Train Engineer Charged With 79 Counts Of Reckless Homicide

Last week a Spanish train derailed killing 79 people on board, the train's engineer failed to reduce speed to the posted maximum traveling 70 miles per hour over the posted limit. He is now being charged with reckless homicide for each death in the derailment totaling 79 counts.
