Something that happened and why you saw the Ambulance roll in on the southeast mixed freight.

This is something that happened while I after I was recording the west bound NS mixed freight. This man was telling me he was having chest pain and wanted me to dial 911. The NS southbound came during while the fire department was there. That's why the ambulance rolled up where I am.
