    20 minute INTERVAL Cardio Workout
    Biceps Triceps & Shoulders
    Cardio 2 a huge walk

    BB Bench Press s/s Seated ROW
    15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)

    Incline S7 Bench Press s/s Wide Grip Chin Ups
    15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)
