It seems that leaving Delhi behind Uttar Pradesh is all set to top the list as crime city. In yet another incident a girl is set ablaze in Bijnor district by 5 person. It is reported that the assailants target her as they suspected that the victim had helped their relative to elope with her lover.
The victim is identified as Kiran. When she was returning home after buying groceries was doused with kerosene and burnt alive. The girl ran and slumped outside her home. She was rushed to hospital by her parents where she succumbed to injuries. In her dying declaration she had named all five assailants.
