The film was earlier titled as 'Dirty Picture, Silk Sakath Hot'. However, the name couldn't last for long. Ekta kapoor produced Silk smitha biopic in Hindi as 'The dirty Picture'. The hindi release stole the show and raised severe objection against the replicate name.No sooner, the makers of the kannada flick finalized on the current title, for the film. The film is all set to wrap up and draw towards its release. Meanwhile, the film leads, Veena and Akshay are busy shooting for their photoshoot, in Thailand,Pattaya.
