How far would you go to get a free supply of your favorite food? Would you consider buying a $500,000 condo?

Well the owner of Taylor Gourmet sandwiches is selling his property for just under that price for $489,000, but in addition to the one-bedroom property, the buyer will get 5 years’ worth of free hoagies.

For those who are unfamiliar with the terminology, hoagies are essentially large submarine sandwiches or grinders, complete with cold cuts and cheese. Casey Patten is the seller of the condominium, located in Washington D.C. He bought the home in 2005 for $475,000.

Photos of the condo depict striking hardwood floors and a stainless steel modern kitchen. The bedroom and living room both showcase a streamlined design, with minimal furnishings.

The 694 square foot condo resembles the sandwich shops on the interior and it is located in close proximity to the business locations, so the future buyer will easily be able to take advantage of the deal involving the free hoagies.
