Bernanke: How Dow, S&P React To Federal Reserve Chairman's QE Taper Testimony To Congress

The S&P 500 Index was up 8.22 points, or 0.49 percent, at 1,689.11. The Nasdaq Composite Index  was up 1.71 points, or 0.05 percent, at 3,611.82.
