Donators gather in Charity meeting to free prisoners. Officials say that there are around eight thousand offenders imprisoned in Iran who have committed financial crimes without criminal intent . According to Iranian law they have to pay an amount called "Diyya" a kind of debt, to the person they have injured or in case of death this amount has to be paid to his or her family otherwise the person responsible for the crime will go to prison. People have come to this gathering to help. The head of Iran’s Diyya Bureau talked to Press TV about his goals for this year.
