At this years Comic Con, Fox has plans to tease audiences about X-Men: Days of Future Past. Here's what we expect. So, studios are pulling out all the surprise stops for this weekend's Comic Con, hoping to give fans teasers to get them amped up for their movies. Fox already has a panel planned with Q&A's for two of their movies which include The Wolverine and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, but they are also announcing that they will have a "major" surprise. But what could that surprise be? Well, I always like to shake the presents on Christmas eve, so here are a couple of pretty good guesses as to what Fox's surprise could entail. First up, Vulture is reporting that over a dozen of the cast members from Days of Future Past will be at Comic Con to talk about the inbetween-quel. So, it would not be shocking if they were all assembled to present a special sneak peak at some footage from the movie. But what we're really hoping for are some announcements on who some of the actors will actually be playing in the film. There is such a long cast list, and still a lot of questions on which characters we will see. As of right now, rumors are circulating that Game of Thrones actor, Peter Dinklage will be playing Bolivar Trask, the comic book baddie that created the mutant hunting Sentinel robots. And we also recently heard from The Wrap that Australian actor, Josh Helman, was also cast as a yet unnamed but "major" part, and many fans we're speculating that he would be playing Cyclops, but today Vulture is reporting that he will likely be playing a young Bill Stryker. Stryker was the primary baddie in X2:X-Men United, and was played by Brian Cox. And it is very possible that Days of Future Past director, Bryan Singer, will confirm some of the plot details, which are said to be based on the 1981 comic book, that involved a Sentinel ruled dystopian future. In that story, Kitty Pryde sent her own consciousness back in time to warn the X-Men, in order to have them stop the chain of events that would lead to such a grim future. So, fingers crossed that we will get some answers to some of the many mysterious X-Men questions, and make sure you are following us on twitter so that we can update you as soon as things develop.
