"Lady Madonna" is a song by The Beatles, written by Paul McCartney but credited Lennon/McCartney. In March 1968 it was released as a single, backed by George Harrison's "The Inner Light".

The song was recorded at Abbey Road Studios during sessions on 1968-02-03 and 1968-02-06, before The Beatles left for India. This single would be the last release by the band on Parlophone in the UK and Capitol Records in the U.S..

All releases following this single, starting with "Hey Jude" in August 1968 were released on their own label Apple Records, under EMI distribution.
