My weight loss journey is a 7 part video series. I encourage you to watch every video. In this series, I am sharing with you guys how I lost 20 pounds in 3 months. I slowly gained weight before my pregnancy, and at my delivery I was 220 pounds. Shortly after my son's birth, I lost the 20 pounds that I put on during my pregnancy. So I was 200 pounds. I wanted to get to 165-170 pounds, so last January, after watching many seasons of "LOST" on Netflix, I decided that I need to go to the gym and loose the weight before my birthday on February 2nd. So I put in the work and I enrolled in a weight loss program call "T.E.A.M. Weight Loss" at the Lifetime Fitness Gym. After 3 months, I loved my body. Now I do indoor cycling, or "Dante's Inferno" as I like to call it. For more, please watch the video.
