The 41-page affidavit on CBI autonomy, which has been filed in Supreme Court. BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi said that it will have to go through the affidavit to ensure that all the recommendations are incorporated in the affidavit, the CBI has been constantly misused by the government and appointment of CBI director is just one part of it.
