For most people the 4th of July is a time to get together with family and friends to drink a few cold beers and watch the fireworks. But the holiday is much more than a day off work: It is a federal holiday to celebrate the Declaration of Independence from Great Britain that happened on July 4th 1776.Knowing the importance of this date and its place in history we wanted to find out how much Americans and foreigners knew about American history.
