Fugitive Battisti faces extradition from Brazil to Italy

Italian fugitive Cesare Battisti faces extradition from Brazil back to Italy after he lost his appeal against using false immigration stamps on his passport, when he entered the country in 2004.

Battisti faces murder charges in Italy allegedly carried in the 1970s.
