The former wife of Nelson Mandela, Winnie Madikizela Mandela, has said that the former president's health has seen an improvement.
She spoke to crowds gathered outside the Mandela's home in South Africa, telling them: "I'm not a doctor but I can say that from what he was a few days ago there is great improvement. But clinically he is still unwell."
