The lady had been trying to practice parking her new Lexus SUV inside a parking garage located in China. She began reversing the vehicle into a parking spot while her husband was giving instructions from behind.
She accidentally backed up too far and pinned him against the wall of the garage. The woman heard her husband’s cries and opened the driver’s side door to stick her head out, so she could see what had happened.
Realizing her mistake, she panicked and accelerated but forgot to put the vehicle in drive. She fatally crushed her husband and also smashed her head when she got caught between the car and the wall of the parking garage.
The couple’s 6-year-old daughter was in the SUV at the time of the incident. Although she was physically fine, she traumatically witnessed her parents’ deaths.
