Today afternoon a sessions court rejected Salman's lawyer's application for a revision in the hit-and-run case. According to the court's ruling, Salman will now be tried for culpable homicide in the 2002 hit-and-run case. Salman was originally being tried on charges of rash and negligent driving, but earlier this year a lower court ruled that they had enough evidence to make this a case of culpable homicide.
