The "We Can't Stop" singer was swarmed by photographers upon exiting a medical building in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.
One paparazzo asked the singer, "Miley are you pregnant?" to which Cyrus shot back, "No, I'm f**king sick you b**ch!"
