    Everyone loves Guacamole - so here's one of the tastiest recipes around.

    Ingredients:

    FOR THE PICO DE GALLO:

    5 whole plum / roma tomatoes
    1 small onion
    2- 3 whole jalapeño peppers
    bunch of cilantro
    fresh squeezed lime juice
    salt to taste

    FOR THE GUACAMOLE:
    3 whole avocados
    pico de gallo
    fresh squeezed lime juice
    salt to taste

    Method:
    Pico de Gallo:
    Very finely dice the jalapeños, tomatoes and onion. You can leave the seeds in the jalepeños or take them out, and adjust the number of jalapeños to your taste. chop up a bunch of cilantro. Place all of these ingredients together in a bowl and give it a good stir.
    Squeeze the juice of half of one lime into the bowl. Add salt to taste and stir again. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

    Guacamole:Remove the pits from the avocados and scrape the flesh out onto a large plate. Next, with the bottom of a glass or with a fork, mash the avocados - leave it relatively chunky. Squeeze the juice of half of a lime over the top and salt to taste. Add a few scoops of Pico de Gallo. Mix together.
