New Latino series makes history

Online video streaming service Hulu is making history with the first English-language show starring an all-Latino cast.
The teen drama series "East Los High" is about Hispanic students in a Los Angeles high school.
The 24-episode series is the latest attempt by media companies to tap into the ever-growing Latino market.
But while many networks have created channels and services in Spanish, "East Los High" is entirely in English -- an element that producer and director Carlos Portugal says is important.

"In my opinion, we are in the United States and I think one of the very important message to give to young people here in the United States is that if you want to get ahead you have to speak English, you have to speak English as well as Anglos do."
