Smiling Prince Philip leaves UK hospital after operation

Prince Philip, the 92-year-old husband of Britain's Queen Elizabeth, left hospital on Monday (June 17) .
Looking sprightly, the prince walked unaided from the London Clinic after 11 days of treatment including an exploratory operation on his abdomen.
Philip was taken to hospital on June 6 for the planned operation -- the fourth time he'd needed hospital treatment since Christmas 2011.
Buckingham Palace says Philip will take "a period of convalescence of approximately two months." He's expected to return to engagements in the autumn.
