Newtown families renew push for gun control

This coming Friday marks six months since a gunman opened fire inside Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut.
20 children and six adults were killed before the shooter turned the gun on himself.
The shooting inflamed national debate over school security and gun rights.
On Wednesday, family members of the victims returned to Washington with a clear message: the need for tighter gun control.
They joined West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin, who said gun control "just makes sense".
Nicole Hockley, lost her six-year old son, Dylan in the shooting.
She insists that momentum for new gun control laws hasn't faded.

"It is important that the lawmakers remember that we are still here and we're not going away and that this is an issue that we're not going to allow to fade into the background. It's too important. It's too common sense."
