Socks is a famous 5-year-old Shetland pony that works as a stud on a breeding farm. After bonding with a beautiful mare, hair samples from her have been shipped to a DNA lab to test paternity.

Humans aren’t the only ones who encounter drama involving DNA tests. Animals also need verification of their real daddy.

Socks is a famous 5-year-old Shetland pony that works as a stud on a breeding farm. Socks is referred to as the moonwalking pony after he appeared in a mobile phone advert dancing to the Fleetwood Mac song titled ‘Everywhere’.

He became a quick star on the internet. However, after getting back to his normal routine as a stud, he was placed into a field with three mares next to a lake.

Instead of mating with any of those females, he opted to swim across the water to meet with a beautiful Shetland named Kimberly. Well, she gave birth to a black colt called Scamp last month and now hair samples have been shipped to a DNA lab to determine whether or not Socks is the real father.

The owners of all the ponies, Mari Williamson stated “He most definitely has a real eye for the ladies. He doesn`t need any encouragement.”

Baby Scamp will require a higher price tag if the famous Socks turns out to be the daddy.
