Hunger persists as Philippine economy grows

Britain is hosting an international summit aimed at addressing world hunger and malnutrition, which affect at least a billion people globally. Some of them live in countries where the economy is rapidly growing, such as the Philippines, which recently posted a GDP growth of 7.8 percent. But in the southern Philippine islands of Tawi-Tawi, that growth has only highlighted the widening gap between rich and poor. Al Jazeera's Jamela Alindogan reports from Tawi-Tawi.
