A server at this Taco Bell restaurant in West Chester, Ohio narrowly avoids serious injury as a minivan smashes through the restaurant's window Tuesday.

Two men were taken to hospital after being hit by flying glass and debris.

Police say the driver crossed four lanes of traffic before crashing into the restaurant.

Officers believe the driver had a medical condition that may have been a factor in the incident.
