After all, even they, the biggest stars in the world, don't just wake up looking toned, tan and fabulous. And we've got inside scoop on the guys new plan to get in top shop for their American fans. According to the Mirror in the UK, the guys of One Direction were prompted by their record label to bulk up and get those abs in check, in order to give girls around the world even more reason to swoon. Aside from downing daily protein shakes to build raw muscle and sticking to a low-carb diet, the dudes took it to the next level by hiring two professional mixed martial arts trainers, who have them doing circuit training and boxing. And according to the trainers, the plan is working -- thanks to the new regime we can confirm that Harry has QUOTE "really bulked up his arms and Liam has a sturdy set of abs."
