Dallas 911 operator has been fired after posting racist rants to Facebook. April Sims posted several posts to her Facebook page ranting against African Americans, in at least one post calling them "more like animals". When local Dallas news WFAA got in touch with Sims to ask her about the racist rants, she told them that she "stands by every word".
