Reshma Begum walks out of hospital, and into a brand new job.
The teenager survived 17 days trapped under the rubble of a collapsed garment factory building in Bangladesh.
She had been working in the factory as a seamstress when the building collapsed, leaving over 1100 people dead.
Her new job welcoming guests at the 5 star Westin hotel will earn her 450 US dollars a month, up from the 65 dollars she made in the garment industry.

"In the morning at the army hospital, officials told me: 'You have good news'. I asked what it was, they said: 'you got a good job, you are going to join the Westin. Are you happy?' I said: 'I am happy'. They said: 'You have to learn more to work there and they will train you'. I said I will try my best to learn and please you all pray for me so I can do well."
The April 24 collapse of the Rana Plaza building in a Dhaka suburb was one of the worst ever industrial accidents.
