FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Squad Builder - Spain - In Forms - TOTY

There are a fair few bugs in FIFA. Let's be honest. Some more annoying than others. Some more exploits than actual bugs. For example, headers in FIFA 13, don't count as "shots". And I think this is what causes a lot of "FIFA AIDS ER MA GURD" screen shots that are sent to me. I often get people who have lost 3-1 to a guy who has had "5 shots" to your "20 shots" - When in reality, he could have had 10 shots from headers, and they're just not registered.

There is also the bug where, if you're in a tournament, and you go to Pens, and you win, EA are unable to register your stats, so it counts as a loss, and you lose DNF and get knocked out. Hardly fair, but it's whatever. There are so many mini exploits / bugs / glitches in this game, that a lot of your more "casual" FIFA players wouldn't even notice. Again, for example, the kick off bug. Something that has actually been in FIFA since I can remember playing online. You kick off, you press L1 / LB - You pass back to the midfielder. You wait 3 seconds, you play over the top through ball. You will get chances from this. It's disastrous.

You're probably wondering why I'm talking to you about this. And the answer is two fold. Number 1. Bugs aren't always easy to fix. Fixing 1 bug, could cause a knock on effect, that in turn fucks up 1,000 other things. So at times, it's actually better for the consumer, and the company, to pretend the bug doesn't exist. It's not a FIFA thing. It's a gaming thing. There is no perfect game out there, that's a fact. So I somewhat sympathise with EA, and the amount of shit they get for some of the bugs in the game, because there is probably NOTHING they can do.

That being said, it's exceptionally frustrating to get fucked over by the shittiest little bug time and time again. People often tell me I'm bad at FIFA 13. The tell me I complain a lot (which, by the way, I have toned down MASSIVELY since FIFA 12) - And maybe they are right. MAYBE I'm just bad at FIFA 13. Or maybe, I try to play the game in the manner it is intended. Because anyone can build a 5212 team, or a 352 team and play ultra d, play with the ABSOLUTE sweatiest players, and demolish people, due to exploits in the game engine, walk over opponent after opponent, and preach to the masses that they are king at FIFA. And sure, if you can get 9 wins in 10 games, good on you, I'm not disputing that, but if I actually played that, and published that style of FIFA to my channel, I'd be hung for it. It's like the FIWC, the top pro's in the world, and they play the dullest fucking FIFA ever, because it's the only way to consistently win.

So the moral of the story here is this. I may complain, I may moan. I may bitch, I may rage, I may flip my fucking lid to the point where I genuinely want to smash things up, but that doesn't mean I don't like FIFA. It also doesn't mean that FIFA is a game that is not broken. It is massively broken. But I am just like you guys. So when you do see my rage, in fact, when you see ANYONE rage, instead of give them a "YOU MAD BRO" or "You're just shit, deal with it" type of comment, take a breath. Sit back, and think. Yeah. I've been in your shoes before. You got EA'd. And EA got you fucking good.

We've all been there. We'll all be there again.

*Unless you're just bad at FIFA. Like. 22 Chem, ST in GK pos bad. Then you deserve to get the dench sausage.*
