We're really excited and can't wait till day 16 for the big reveal ! We're increasing our weights, getting stronger, intensity is greater we have more acceleration, getting an awesome pump post workout, having a very deep and satisfying sleep, waking up with heaps of energy, and our body feels great. Today we do Chest and Back and show you how it's done. Here's our routine for today.

5am 20 minute INTERVAL Cardio Workout
6:00am Chest & Back
Oops Cardio 2

B/B Bench Press s/s Seated Row
15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)

Incline Bench Press s/s Wide Grip Chin Ups X 15
15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)
