Justin Bieber and his Ferrari are under fire again after police were called on his reckless driving through an upscale Calabasas neighborhood. When cops showed up to his home, the pop star refused to speak to them. This is not the first time that the Biebs has been under fire for reckless driving - in March he allegedly drove recklessly through the same neighborhood and spit on a neighbor who confronted them.
