Descent review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Descent for PC developed by Parallax Software and published by Interplay. Descent was developed by Parallax Software and published by Interplay in 1995. This was one of the first games to have 3D models for enemies and the player character. The game gave the player six axises of freedom; essentially, one can move throughout the game as though one were in a weightless environment.
