From bottom to top, it's 400 meters in distance, close to 200 meters in altitude and over 630 runners trying their luck on the worlds' largest natural skiflying hill. The Red Bull 400 had its third edition in Tauplitz/ Bad Mitterndorf with runners from 15 nations and all passed winners as well as the who-is-who of the mountainrunning scene in the line-up.
Passed records fell one after the other, Andrea Mayr (AUT) won the womens race with an impressive time of 5:34,10 minutes, which would have brought her in 5th place in the mens race. Ahmet Arslan was able to beat his own record from 2011 by several seconds.
